Sriracha Chicken Alfredo

Sriracha Chicken Alfredo?! Need I really say more?! This pasta is so thick, creamy, and the perfect amount of spice!

Anyone who loves Sriracha will, no lie, freak out once they have had this dish.

It’s even delicious as leftovers! Just pop in the microwave and enjoy it all over again!


Ingredients:

  • 8oz Dried pasta
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sriracha seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 CUPS Heavy cream
  • 1/2 CUP Parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp Dried parsley

Directions:

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Cut chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces. Combine sriracha seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over chicken.
  3. Sauté chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes in olive oil, turning occasionally. Add cream; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat; simmer gently for 3-4 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese and dried parsley. Add pasta to sauce and toss.
  6. Enjoy!
