Broccoli Cheddar Chicken

Finding a simple recipe dish like this is not that easy! Especially one you basically have to do nothing for.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom
  • 4 Cups Frozen Broccoli florets
  • 6oz Cheddar cheese, shredded


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Lay the chicken breasts flat on the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Spread the cream of mushroom over the chicken
  4. Cover the chicken breasts with the frozen broccoli florets.
  5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes:

  1. Depending on your oven, altitude and thickness of the chicken breasts this could be more or less time.
  2. Check the chicken throughout to make sure that the top is not too brown; if you don’t want it to get any more browned, then place a piece of foil loosely over the top for the remainder of the cooking time.
